BRS Series — Rotary Pouch Fill-Seal Packing Machines

The BRS rotary series arranges pouch loading, opening, filling and sealing around a compact carousel, with hot-stamp coding and a monitored output conveyor. Nozzle diameters from 6.5–20 mm handle powders, granules, liquids, viscous products and solids at metering accuracy within ±1.0%. Built on premium components throughout: Schneider PLC, touch screen and servo motors, Autonics (Korea) photocells, ABB main motor, and SMC (Japan) pneumatics and vacuum generators.
